These terms provide general conditions for use of services offered by Rapid Info Media.

Service Use

Services must be used for lawful business communication and in accordance with applicable telecom rules, messaging platform requirements, customer consent obligations and anti-spam regulations.

WhatsApp Plan

The WhatsApp recharge is ₹10,000 with a RIM usage charge of 2 paisa per message, one-year validity, zero setup cost and ₹0 monthly rental.

Meta Charges

Applicable WhatsApp Marketing, Utility and Authentication charges from Meta are separate from the RIM usage charge and are subject to Meta's prevailing pricing and policies.

Support Charges

Telephone support is chargeable at ₹200 per call/hour.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for message content, recipient data, consent, template approvals and lawful use of the service.

Changes

Service features, pricing, third-party charges and policies may change from time to time. Current information published or communicated by the relevant provider will apply.
